It’s Organic
We started with the classic and rare Vox Continential 300 dual manual organ and captured every nuance of the original down to the key contact timing and background noises. We did not stop there however, we also acquired a rare Jennings J70, which Tom Jennings created after he left Vox, and added a J70 mode to the voice engine. So you don’t just get one rare organ, you get two!
More than the Original
You get our TAE® modeled circuitry of both the upper and lower manuals of the Vox that can be used via multiple MIDI controllers or with a single manual controller. The Bass section adds that rich low end. In addition you get a collection of vintage stomp boxes to process your sound with and then feed the output either directly or through a classic guitar amp with multiple models or even through a Leslie speaker.

We’re keeping the love alive with Solina V, our physical model of the classic Arp/Eminent Solina string machine. Before polyphonic synthesizers, there were the string machines. The Solina, made originally by Eminent and rebranded for Arp, defined a class of sounds that are still as in demand today as ever. The Solina was probably heard on more albums in the 1970’s and 80s than any other single keyboard.
Like fresh Oxygen
We began by modeling the original Solina MK1 from Eminent making sure that the Violin, viola, cello, horn and trumpet sounds were as rich and warm as the original. The renowned ENSEMBLE effect was carefully modeled and is a thing of beauty that cannot be found in any of the sample-based string machines.

Solina V is perfect for that string wash in your Nu Disco tracks or as a phase shifted pad in your old school electronic music track.
Soaring beyond the past
Besides recreating the original features of the Solina, we took a step further and expanded the sonic palette beyond anything the original designers could have imagined. Additional features like the Vox Humana and Resonators from the 1978 Bob Moog polysynth, original paraphonic and new polyphonic modes of operation, a 24dB per octave filter on the bass section, an LFO, an arpeggiator, and more all add up to creating the biggest and baddest string machine ever.

From the starship funk lead lines of the ‘70s to the gangster whine of mid ‘90s hip-hop, the ever-present MiniMg has been making its fat presence known for over 4 decades. In partnership with Bob Moog we recreated the legendary interface of his early 70’s synth that was and is loved by generations of musicians. What truly makes this synth the Legend of Legends is its sound, and so we took great care to model the subtleties of its internal characteristics as well.
A good thing made better
Mini V has kept all of the original characteristics of its award-winning previous versions. Mini V version 3 updates the filter design to make it even more accurate than ever. Powerful and rich bass, faithfully reproduced ‘free-running’ waveforms thanks to new advances in our long proven TAE® technology.

When fat, deep blistering bass is needed, there is no further need to go anywhere but to Mini V. Also famous for its powerful lead sounds, the greatest hit makers in the ’70’s knew that this synth was the goto tool.
A Sonic Expansion
But we’re not resting on our laurels.
While the original product set the sound of the 70’s we have taken it to new realms. We have added an advanced modulator that allows you to draw a shape and control many parameters creating a movement and interest. A vocal filter expands sonic possibilities with a formant-analysis based effect: now you can make that synth talk! A modulation matrix has been added dramatically improving on the original design and doing away with its limitations.

Recreation
We recreated the tonal aspects of the original 2 oscillators and their waveforms but more importantly we modeled the 15 filter modes! The Matrix 12’s complex sound was defined by its multiple filter modes and by the amazing number of modulation sources and destinations. With nearly endless possibilities of modulation routings you can create sounds with very organic qualities not found in other synthesizers.
